Description

CCL1 cDNA encodes a 96 amino acid residue precursor protein which is cleaved to yield a 73 amino acid residue mature protein that binds to CCR8. A glycoprotein, CCL1 is secreted by activated T cells and is chemotactic for monocytes but not for neutrophils.
