Instructions:

Select how many open reading frames you want on your vector (default is 1 and up to 4) from the drop down menu.
Pick each component. You can choose to upload your own sequence, or find one from our databases.
For certain components, such as linkers and markers, you can choose to include none.
Click each option to make a new selection.
Hover over the interactive vector on the left side, you can view details of each component after you have made a selection.
Add any add-ons to the cart.
A confirmation window will pop up after clicking “Add To Cart” for a final review.
