  Purified human atherosclerotic tissue form of PAPP-A for PAPP52

• Specificity:

  Human PAPP-A antigen purified from placental blood (heterotetrameric complex, consisting of PAPP-A subunits and proMBP subunits). 11E4 and 5H9 are specific to proMBP subunit.

• MAb isotypes:

  IgG1 for PAPP52
  IgG2a for 4G11, 3C8, 10H9, 7A6
  IgG2b for 5H9, 11E4, 10E1cc, 10E2cc

• Applications:

  htPAPP-A and dPAPP-A (PAPP-A dimer) immunoassays and immunoprecipitation.
