  MAbs are reacting with the following HBsAg subtypes: ayw1, ayw2, ayw3, ayw4, ayr, adw2, adw4, adrq+, adrq-, ayw3 (Fer).

  IgG1 for HB11
  IgG2a for Hs33, Hs41

• Applications:

  Detection of HBsAg in two-site enzyme immunoassay.

  Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay: Hs33 - Hs41

• Purification:

  Protein A chromatography for HB11, Hs41

  Protein G chromatography for Hs33

  50 mM sodium citrate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 6.0, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN3) for Hs41
