  Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified natural FSH beta.

• Specificity:

  High affinity for the beta chain of FSH.

  No cross-reactivity with LH, TSH or HCG.

• MAb isotypes:

  IgG1 for MAb F2

• Applications:

  EIA, Western blotting.

  Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection):
  F2 – F1cc (MAb F1cc is under Cat.# 2H8)

  Ion exchange chromatography

  PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN3 )
