  Recombinant human TSH for TS13, TS18, TS21, TS25, TS31 and TS32

• Specificity:

  TS13, TS18, TS21, TS25, TS31, TS32, 7G12cc, 11E4cc, 10C7cc, 1CT1cc, 7CT8 do not cross-react with human LH, FSH, CG.11E4cc, 1CT1cc, 7CT8 also recognize beta-subunit of canine TSH.

• Applications:

  Recommended pairs for sandwich ELISA (capture – detection):

  11E4cc reacts with beta-subunit of human and canine TSH in Western blotting under non-reducing conditions.1CT1cc and 11E4cc react with beta-subunit of canine TSH in Western blotting under non-reducing conditions.
