    Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in ascites. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

  • Immunogen:

    Human serum albumin

  • Specificity:

    Human serum albumin. No cross-reactivity with other tested human proteins. Does not react with bovine serum albumin, egg white albumin or human alpha fetoprotein.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for 1C8, HSA11 and HSA20
    IgG2a for 1A9 and 6B11 
    IgG2b for 15C7cc and 14E7

  • Applications:

    MAbs recognize human serum albumin in ELISA.

    MAbs are working in Western blotting.

    Recommended combinations for sandwich immunoassay, suitable for the quantitative detection of human serum albumin in serum and urine:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
