Description:Research enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative determination of adrenaline (epinephrine) and noradrenaline (norepinephrine) in different species and various biological sample types and volumes.
Design:Common extraction of various biological fluids in 48-well macrotiter plates. Acylation in liquid phase. 12 x 8 break apart wells microtiter plates. 6 standards. 2 controls. Ready for use. Common reagents for parallel testing. High sensitive ELISA for different species and various biological samples.
