The VCN standard serves as a verification standard and can be used as an optional reference/control. The VCN Standard can only be used in combination with the corresponding MiQuant® CAR-T Cell dPCR kit.
The VCN Standard consists of a gene construct of the target gene and the human reference gene. After rehydration the VCN Standard represents a solution with a VCN value of 5 and can be applied to generate a standard curve by serial dilution.
VCN standards are not necessarily required to determine VCN with MiQuant® CAR-T Cell dPCR kit. Quantitation of VCN can be done without a standard curve. VCN standards just help to verify VCN results.

Recommended Use

For verification of VCN result. For use with the corresponding MiQuant® CAR-T Cell dPCR kit only.

• Pipettes with corresponding filter tips

Shelf Life and Storage

Shipment at ambient temperature. The expiry date of the unopened package is marked on the package label. The kit components must be stored at +2 to +8°C until use. The rehydrated components must be stored at ≤ -18°C for a maximum of one month.
