The General Introduction of Oligo Libraries
Synbio Technologies uses high-throughput semiconductor chip synthesis technology to provide customers with the design and synthesis of various library oligos. This includes oligo pools, trimer oligos, and sgRNA library oligos. Each chip can synthesize up to nearly one million oligos, reducing the research, production time, and especially cost. Oligo Pools
Synbio Technologies’ high throughput synthesis platform utilizes inkjet technology to synthesize millions of oligonucleotide sequences on a chip in a single parallel run (up to 300 nt.) During the synthesis process, there is zero cross-contamination and the synthesized sequences are highly accurate and homogeneous. The customized synthesis service will perfectly match customers' downstream experiments and applications.

What are the advantages of Oligo Pools over traditional oligo synthesis?
Traditional oligo synthesis is costly, time-consuming, and inefficient. Oligo Pools are high-throughput with high sequence coverage.
What do you need to watch out for during Trimer oligo synthesis experiments?
You need to keep an eye out for the GC content. The G+C content should be between 40% and 60%, with 45% to 55% being optimal.
You also need to be careful about the Tm value. The Tm value of the template position sequence corresponding to the primer should be around 72°C. This helps to optimize the PCR reaction conditions.
You should store trimer oligos at -20℃.
