In Vitro Transcription
In vitro transcription takes linear DNA sequences as a template, using T7, T3, or SP6 RNA polymerase to synthesize RNA from the DNA template sequence.
Synbio Technologies offers efficient and cost-effective in vitro transcription RNA synthesis through our Syno synthesis platform. Our customers can provide us with the DNA templates, such as plasmid and/or PCR products, or we can conduct the de novo gene synthesis of the target DNA sequences. After codon optimization, 5‘-capping, 3’-addition and nucleoside modification, the transcribed RNA is suitable for gene editing, gene function research, gene diagnosis, structural research and nucleic acid vaccine development.
