Isolated Immune Cells

Isolated immune cells can help provide insights into the immune system’s role in health and disease. 

They are useful in studying immune responses to pathogens and vaccines, understanding autoimmune and immunodeficiency disorders, and exploring the molecular pathways of diseases. Many of these cells are used in drug discovery, particularly in developing immunotherapies and cancer treatments, such as CAR-T cell therapy.

Leukopaks are a rich source of many immune cell populations and we are able to isolate large numbers of high viability immune cells from this source. As a result we can offer large numbers of cells from a single batch which enables researchers to access consistent cells for use in applications where cell consistency matters.

Cells are isolated by negative immunomagnetic separation from leukapheresate and are rapidly frozen in CryoStor® CS10 freezing medium and frozen under controlled-rate freezing conditions down to -150^oC.

CD19+ B cells
CD14+ Monocytes
CD56+ NK Cells
CD3+ Pan T Cells
CD4+ T Cells
CD8+ T Cells

Multiple batches of each of these cell types are available to reserve and order through our online stock system. Researchers can select cells based on various donor criteria including HLA-type, CMV status, age and sex.
