Mouse anti-Sudan Virus GP mAb (16F6) or purified mouse monoclonal antibody 16F6 that binds to a conformation epitope on Sudan virus (SUDV) glycoprotein (GP). This antibody demonstrates protection against SUDV both in vitro and in vivo (Dias et al., 2011 Nov 20, Nat Struct Mol Biol. 18 (12): 1424-1427).

Immunogen/ Target: Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus replicons encoding SUDV GP and gamma-radiation-inactivated SUDV-Boniface were used to generate the original mouse monoclonal antibody
