Product use
This product is a serum-free medium for MDCK cells. There is no change in cell characteristics after 50 continuous passages, with better growth rate than conventional medium. This product is chemically defined, thus the influence of substances such as amyloid protein P in serum on virus adsorption can be eliminated during influenza virus isolation. No domestication is required in most cases for effective improvement of experiment efficiency by the staff at CDCs, universities and research institutes.
