ZellShield®는 광범위한 일반적인 오염 물질로부터 세포 배양을 보호하는 즉시 사용 가능한 배양 배지용 첨가제입니다. 

이 보호 효과는 박테리아 DNA와 단백질 합성을 억제하는 마크로라이드 특성을 지닌 새로운 항생제의 조합에 기반합니다. 페니실린, 스트렙토마이신, 니스타틴, 암포테리신 B 등과 같은 기존 항생제의 배지 보충은 필요하지 않습니다.

✔ Specificity

ZellShield® is active against most intracellular and extracellular growing gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, mycoplasma, protozoa, fungi and yeasts.

✔ Wide Range of Applications

ZellShield® can be used for permanent cell cultures as well as for contamination prevention in freshly prepared primary cell cultures.

✔ No Cell Toxicity

No cytotoxic effects have been reported on various cell lines so far, provided that the product is used according to the instructions.

✔ Easy-to-use

Add ZellShield® directly to a freshly prepared cell culture (e.g. flask) or premix with the cell culture medium.

✔ Low Resistance Risk

ZellShield® contains carefully selected antimicrobials with an extremely low resistance bias. Their combined activity reduces the probability of survival of the resistant mutants.

✔ Stability

The reagent is stable and active under typical incubation times and conditions.
