Recombinant Monkeypox Virus E8L Protein is a single polypeptide chain of 559 amino acids. It contains two domains, an N-terminal domain of approximately 250 amino acids and a C-terminal domain of approximately 300 amino acids.
Recombinant Monkeypox Virus E8L Protein is a viral protein that is expressed on the surface of infected cells. It plays a role in the pathogenesis of monkeypox by binding to the host cell surface and mediating virus-cell interactions.

Immobilized Recombinant Monkeypox virus/MPXV E8L Protein (cat. No. PX-P6055) at 0.5µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind Monkeypox virus/MPXV E8L Monoclonal Antibody SAA0285 (cat. No. PTX18823) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450 giving an EC50 at 34.61M.
