시약 준비 과정
Prepare Wash Buffer: Combine 20 mL of concentrated wash buffer (the entire bottle) with 580 mL of deionized (DI) water.
Standard Preparation: Prepare the standard series by pipetting 100 µL of standard diluent into the first four tubes. Pipette 200 µL of the stock standard into the fifth tube. Perform a serial dilution by transferring 200 µL from the fifth tube into the fourth tube and mixing thoroughly. Next, transfer 100 µL from the fourth tube into the third tube, continuing the series as described below. The undiluted stock serves as the high standard, while the sample diluent serves as the zero standard (blank).
