Poly-D-lysine is commonly used as a coating reagent to increase cell attachment to plastic and glass culturing surfaces. Its resistance to enzymatic degradation makes it an ideal choice for culturing various cell types. Poly-D-lysine-coated surfaces improve cell attachment, growth, and differentiation across a broad spectrum of cell types. This synthetic amino acid chain is available as a sterile 50 mL solution with a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml. It comes in a sterile package.
