Semaglutide is a therapeutically effective analogue of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP1). GLP-1 is an incretin hormone with important effects on glycemic control and body weight regulation, particularly relevant in people with type 2 diabetes (T2D). Semaglutide is a long-acting GLP-1 analogue. This ELISA was developed with serum from rabbits immunized with Semaglutide coupled to a carrier protein.
