제품 특징


Immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) is an important tool for the purification of recombinant proteins with a cluster of histidine residues at the N- or C-terminus (also known as His-tagged proteins), or proteins naturally rich in histidine or cystine residues. Using IMAC, these proteins can be effectively captured from raw cell culture harvest followed by elution with an appropriate concentration of imidazole, and thus separated from impurity proteins and nucleic acids produced by the expression host cells. NanoMicro Technologies offers a wide variety of IMAC resins, pre-charged with Ni2+ or uncharged, for the preparation of highly pure recombinant proteins for scientific research, diagnostic assays and therapeutic applications.


  • Polymeric or cross-linked agarose particles with outstanding pressure-flow properties

  • Efficient mass transfer and high binding capacity; small elution volumes

  • Minimal non-specific binding; excellent His-tagged protein recovery

  • Low metal leaching level and excellent chemical compatibility

  • Uncharged resins available for the immobilization of divalent metals, such as Zn2+, Cu2+, Co2+, and Fe3+, for alternative protein binding selectivity
