Recombinant Monkeypox Virus E8L Protein is a single polypeptide chain of 559 amino acids. It contains two domains, an N-terminal domain of approximately 250 amino acids and a C-terminal domain of approximately 300 amino acids.

No. PTX18823) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450 giving an EC50 at 34.61M.
