  Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in bioreactor. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

• Specificity:

  D6C4cc and D3E7cc directed to different antigenic determinants.

  D6C4cc and D3E7cc cross-react with human, bovine and porcine insulin and proinsulin

   

• MAb isotypes:

  IgG1, kappa for D6C4cc and D3E7cc

• Applications:

  Detection of rat-mouse insulin/proinsulin in two-site enzyme immunoassay. Recommend pair:

  

  D6C4cc and D3E7cc can be used in immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
