• MAbs in vivo:

  Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in ascites. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

• Immunogen:

  Human recombinant RBP4

• Specificity:

  Human plasma RBP4. MAbs recognise free RBP4 and RBP4 in complex with transthyretin. All MAbs react with apo- as well as holo-RBP4.

• MAb isotypes:

  IgG1 for RB42, RB45, RB48, RB55

• Applications:

  RBP4 immunoassay. MAbs recognize plasma RBP4 in sandwich immunoassay.

  MAbs react with plasma RBP4 in Western blotting after SDS-PAGE in reducing conditions.

  Recommended pairs for RBP4 sandwich immunoassay: 
  All pairs recognize with high sensitivity the antigen in human plasma.
