Immobilized Recombinant Monkeypox virus/MPXV A35R Protein (cat. No. PX-P6034) at 0.5µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind Monkeypox virus/MPXV A35R Monoclonal Antibody SAA0287 (cat. No. PTX18825) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450 giving an EC50 at 31.66M.
