Immobilized Recombinant Monkeypox virus/MPXV A29L Protein (cat. No. PX-P6057) at 0.5µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind Monkeypox virus/MPXV A29L Monoclonal Antibody SAA0286 (cat. No. PTX18824) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450 giving an EC50 at 42.53M.
