Description

IL-3, also known as Interleukin-3, is a cytokine that is produced by activated T cells and mast cells. Recombinant human IL-3 is a 15.0 kDa recombinant protein consisting of 133 amino acid residues. This product is expressed in E. coli and provided in a lyophilized powder form, featuring high activity, high purity, low endotoxin levels, and no tag.

Reconstitution Method

It is recommended to reconstitute Human IL-3 in sterile PBS to a concentration of 0.1–1.0 mg/mL. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles as much as possible.
