PCR 작업 구역에서의 DNA, RNA, DNase, RNase 오염은 PCR 결과에 심각한 영향을 미쳐 위양성(false positive) 또는 위음성(false negative) 결과를 초래하고, 데이터 해석을 왜곡할 수 있습니다. 오염 DNA와 RNA는 에어로졸에서 기원하며, 제거 처리에 매우 강한 저항성을 보여 시료 간 교차 오염의 주요 원인이 되곤 합니다. 반면 DNase/RNase 오염은 DNA/RNA 표적의 분해를 일으켜 전체 PCR 실험 세트를 손상시킬 수 있습니다.
PCR Clean™ Wipes는 다양한 표면에서 DNA, RNA, DNase, RNase를 제거하기 위한 즉시 사용 가능한 습식 티슈로, 특히 PCR 작업대, 전자 장비, 피펫 장비 등의 제염에 적합합니다. 이 제품은 오히려 오염을 방지하기보다는 확산시킬 수 있는 비효율적인 기존 청소 방법(예: 스펀지, 종이 타월)에 대한 훌륭한 대안이 됩니다.
가장 흔한 오염원(DNA, RNA, DNase, RNase)을 오염된 표면에서 사용 후 수초 내에 효과적으로 제거할 수 있습니다. 티슈는 계면활성제와 비알칼리성·비발암성 성분이 포함된 용액으로 미리 적셔져 있습니다.
Applicable in research and industry, only. Not recommended for clinical applications. Use as directed. PCR Clean™ Wipes can be used on glass, ceramic, plastic, rubber, steel, and precious metal. Cleaning of light (e.g. aluminum) or non-ferrous metals with PCR Clean™ Wipes is not recommended. Always test a small area first to make sure the product does not cause damage or discoloration (e.g. on coated or sensitive materials).
Wipe the surface to be treated and allow to dry. Then clean the surface with water and paper towels to remove residues of PCR Clean™ Wipes.
