PET 2&Blot Vertical electrophoresis transfer cell product includes both an electrophoresis device capable of running protein gels and a transfer kit component of a mini vertical transfer tank. It enables the transfer of protein gels using the transfer kit after electrophoresis is completed.
Capacity: Holds two transfer cassettes simultaneously for protein/nucleic acid transfer.
Cooling system: Includes built-in cooling modules (pre-frozen) to absorb heat during fast transfers, eliminating the need for external cooling devices.
Gel compatibility: Works with SDS-PAGE & Native-PAG gels .
User-friendly design:Easy-lock mechanism for secure gel assembly.
Transfer modes: Supports high-current (fast transfer) or low-current (overnight) protocols.
Safety: Automatic power cutoff when the lid is opened.
