Aflatoxin B1
Aflatoxins are one kind of toxic metabolites of aspergillus flavus and aspergillus parasiticus. The most toxic of aflatoxin is aflatoxin B1, which almost always coexists with aflatoxin B2, G1, and G2. Aflatoxin M1 is a metabolite of aflatoxin B1 and usually found in the milk of cows fed a diet contaminated with aflatoxin B1. Since aflatoxin M1 is fairly stable and cannot be decomposed by pasteurization, aflatoxin M1 testing should not only be adopt in feed materials, but also in the final product.
Application
Aflatoxin B1 ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive testing product, capable of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the toxin residues in milk, cheese, milk powder, milk beverage, and fermented milk.
