This kit can perform 100 assays each for lipid peroxidation (MDA), glutathione (GSH), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity by integrating multiple assays into a single kit.

Data Analysis & Interpretation

Low GSH/GSSG + High MDA → Oxidative stress damage.
High SOD + High GSH/GSSG → Active antioxidant response.
Low SOD + Low GSH/GSSG + High MDA → Severe oxidative damage, impaired defenses.
